Traitement plasma de la surface d'un échantillon avant un dépôt chimique en phase vapeur (CVD - Chemical Vapor Deposition). Un film de parylène de plusieurs microns sera ensuite déposé pour isoler la surface de l’échantillon et la protéger contre l'oxydation et l'humidité.
