Dilution du broyage d'arabette des dames
Dilution du broyage d'arabette des dames, "Arabidopsis thaliana". Cette plante est écrasée dans le but de récupérer puis quantifier le nombre de bactéries "Ralstonia solanacearum" qui l'ont infectée. A cause du grand nombre de bactéries présentes dans la plante après infection, la dilution facilite la quantification et donc le dénombrement des bactéries. Cette bactérie phytopathogène colonise la plante hôte et cause son flétrissement irréversible.
