Coloration au Rouge Ponceau des protéines totales extraites d'un plant de tabac. Cette manipulation a lieu après le transfert des protéines d'un gel d'acrylamide vers une membrane de nitrocellulose. Elle permet de contrôler la quantité de protéines déposées sur le gel et présentes sur la membrane. Ici, la membrane est incubé avec le colorant.
