Acanthaire, "Amphilonche elongata", spécimen vivant. Les acanthaires sont des microorganismes planctoniques. Ils se caractérisent par leur squelette en sulfate de strontium. Ce spécimen a été trouvé dans un échantillon prélevé à 250 m de profondeur au large de la Rade de Villefranche-sur-Mer, à Point C, dans les Alpes-Maritimes, en décembre 2020.
