Fermeture de boîtes de Pétri contenant des cultures de l'algue verte unicellulaire "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii", afin d'éviter leur déshydratation et d'éventuelles contaminations. Ces cultures sont utilisées par exemple pour un test de croissance sur milieu solide, pour une caractérisation phénotypique de différentes souches de "Chlamydomonas". L'objectif est d'étudier la photosynthèse chez ces microalgues.
