Installation d’une colonne de chromatographie en phase gazeuse dans le four du chromatographe en phase gazeuse (GC-MS TSQ Quantum, Thermo Scientific), au sein du plateau technique "MetaToul - Métabolites végétaux". La chromatographie en phase gazeuse (GC) permet de séparer les différentes molécules volatiles de l’échantillon végétal à analyser. Couplée à la détection par spectrométrie de masse (MS), la GC-MS permet d’identifier les molécules volatiles et de les quantifier d’après leur spectre de masse.
