Filtre sismique composé de lames en maraging (alliage d’acier traité thermiquement) permettant de suspendre des miroirs de MIGA, un prototype de détecteur d'ondes gravitationnelles à basse fréquence basé sur l’interférométrie atomique. Ce métal, qui a subi un traitement thermique, a une limite d'élasticité bien plus grande que l'acier standard. Les lames agissent comme des ressorts et le système dans sa globalité amortit le bruit sismique vertical et horizontal.
