Montmélian. Cristal innov. Caractérisation d'une lame cristalline à l'aide d'un profilomètre. Mesure point par point des défauts de planéité par une sonde confocale chromatique : la longueur d'onde captée en rétro-réflexion permet de déterminer la distance entre la lentille et le point sur la lame.
