Montmélian. Cristal innov. Cristal de LGT produit par la plateforme Cristal innov, avant découpe. Les résonateurs fabriqués en LGT par le laboratoire FEMTO-ST sont prometteurs pour atteindre un facteur de qualité cible de 1,8 x 10^6 à 10 MHz, valeur supérieure à celle du Quartz, grâce à l'étude fine des performances des résonateurs et des paramètres de croissance (composition chimique, traitement post-croissance).
