Préparation d'une demi-grille en cuivre avant sa mise en place dans un microscope électronique à balayage à faisceau d'ions focalisés (MEB-FIB). Cet équipement combine une colonne électronique pour imager l'échantillon pendant l'usinage et une colonne ionique à faisceau d'ions focalisés (FIB). Cette demi-grille est utilisée dans la préparation des lames minces pour la microscopie électronique en transmission (MET).
