Triple marking of a rat hippocampus neuron expressing GluA1 (in green), a sub-unit of the AMPA-type receptors activated by glutamate, observed using full-field fluorescence imaging. GluA1 is labelled with a green coral protein: eos. Blue corresponds to surface marking with a GluA1 antibody. In red, a scaffold protein enables observation of the presynaptic terminal buttons.
