Observation au microscope d'ascidies coloniales, "Botryllus schlosseri", conservées dans une boite de Petri. Grâce à un micromanipulateur (à droite), l'aiguille remplie d'ARN interférent est bougée avec haute précision, et le contenu peut être injecté dans la colonie d'ascidies. Les ascidies sont étudiées ici dans le cadre de travaux sur la régénération.
