Echantillon d'eau de mer avec du plancton prélevé au large de Villefranche-sur-Mer
Sous-échantillon d'un prélèvement d'eau de mer et de plancton effectué au large de Villefranche-sur-Mer, fixé au Lugol (solution d'iode). Ce "sous-échantillon" a été mis dans une petite chambre de sédimentation spéciale avec un fond en verre très fin. Les objets, dont les organismes planctoniques, vont se sédimenter au fond.
