Ganglions murins coupés à l'aide d'un cryomicrotome permettant de réaliser des coupes fine (5 microns ici) de tissus frais cryogénisés. Le but est de réaliser des immunomarquages. Le système de coupe est maintenu à -20°C de manière à conserver intègre la structure de l’échantillon congelé. Cette préparation sera analysée en microscopie de manière à étudier la structure tissulaire, cellulaire et subcellulaire de cet échantillon.
