Préparation d'échantillons pour leur introduction dans un Biacore 3000. Le but est d'immobiliser le ligand sur une sensorchip ou d'injecter un analyte pour caractériser une interaction moléculaire. Le Biacore 3000 est un appareil permettant d’étudier les interactions moléculaires en temps réel, sans marquage des molécules. Cette technologie repose sur la résonance plasmonique de surface (SPR).
