Cristal de saphir dopé titane
Cristal de saphir dopé titane obtenu par croissance cristalline dans un four Czochralski. Le saphir est très transparent et mécaniquement très résistant. Très peu de titane a été introduit dans ce cristal de saphir pour permettre d'en faire des lasers.
