Remplissage d'une cellule contenant un dispositif nanofluidique, au sein d'un montage de spectroscopie par corrélation de fluorescence. L'objectif est d'étudier la dynamique et le transport en milieu liquide. Les chercheurs mesurent notamment le transport hydrodynamique ou électrocinétique de molécules uniques, au sein de structures nanométriques.
