Manipulations de cultures de cellules cancéreuses dans des conditions d'hypoxie (en présence de 1% d'O2). Les chambres d'hypoxie permettent de mimer le microenvironnement hypoxique des tumeurs. Ces recherches sont effectuées dans le cadre de l'étude du rôle de l'hypoxie (défaut d'oxygène) dans la croissance tumorale et la résistance aux traitements.
