Pingo, une petite colline de glace recouverte de terre, dans la vallée du Changri Nup, au Népal. En arrière-plan, on distingue l'Everest. Chaque année, les glaciologues du LGGE (Laboratoire de glaciologie et géophysique de l'environnement) organisent une mission dans cette région pour effectuer un relevé des balises et des stations météorologiques en vue de documenter l'évolution du bilan de masse des glaciers Mera et Changri Nup.
