Essais vide/thermique du grism d'EUCLID
Protoprism (prototype du grism d'EUCLID) instrumenté, fixé sur son interface et prêt pour des essais sous vide et thermiques. Un grism ("grating prism") est un appareil d'optique constitué d'un réseau et d'un prisme à angle droit. Ces essais doivent démontrer la tenue du grism aux environnements thermiques du satellite EUCLID (European cooperation for lightning detection) dans l'espace. Ils sont faits dans le cadre du développement des grisms de l'instrument NISP (Near-infrared spectrograph and photometer) du projet EUCLID. NISP est un spectrographe-imageur dans le proche infrarouge dédié à la recherche sur l'énergie et la matière noire.
