Analyse de la présence de "Wolbachia", un genre bactérien, dans les tissus de cloporte observés en microscopie à épifluorescence en mode apotome (coupe optique). Les chercheurs analysent l'expression des ARN messager (ARNm) de cloporte pour déterminer si la présence de "Wolbachia" dans une cellule de l'hôte modifie l'expression d'ARNm marqueurs de certaines voies métaboliques du cloporte.
