Batterie de fours de recuit permettant de réaliser des traitements thermiques sous vide ou sous argon, pour l'homogénéisation des matériaux métalliques (température maximum de 1 400 °C). L'objectif est de synthétiser des alliages et des composés intermétalliques pour le stockage réversible chimique ou électrochimique de l'hydrogène.
