Montage et réglage d'un banc d'optique adaptative pour l'imagerie de tissus biologiques. Le but est de mettre au point un système d'optique adaptive, permettant d'obtenir des images microscopiques en profondeur dans les tissus biologiques, grâce à la correction des aberrations créées par le tissu lui-même.
