Microscope électronique à transmission 200 kV. Cet appareil est utilisé pour la caractérisation de divers échantillons : des systèmes auto-assemblés, des polymères semi-cristallins, de petites molécules orientées, des particules d'encapsulation, des vésicules, gel, nanoparticules etc. L'observation ne peut se faire qu'après une préparation spécifique de l'échantillon, coloration négative, ombrage rotatif, cryo fracture, dépôt en film mince recouvert de carbone.
