Système FPLC (Fast Performance Liquid Chromatography) pour la purification de protéines. Après séparation sur différents supports chromatographiques, des échantillons sont prélevés pour être analysés sur gel de polyacrylamide en conditions dénaturantes. Cette technique est utilisée pour la purification de protéines recombinantes dans le but d'obtenir leur structure tridimensionnelle.
