Montage d'un nouveau dispositif de microscope à effet tunnel fonctionnant sous ultra-haut vide, à très basse température et en fort champ magnétique. Ce dispositif unique en France sera destiné à l'étude en microscopie et en spectroscopie tunnel des nano-dispositifs quantiques contrôlés. En arrière plan : la chambre de préparation et de caractérisation des échantillons. La chambre couplée au dispositif principal permet d'élaborer et de caractériser in-situ les nano-dispositifs quantiques avant de les étudier en microscopie tunnel à basse température et sous champ magnétique.
