Village d'Androrangavola (Madagascar). Guet des oiseaux cardinaux (fody) sur la plate-forme kirinjo après l'épiaison du riz. Le paysan tient une liane qui surplombe le champ. Elle est reliée à un bambou fendu. En tirant sur la liane puis en la relâchant, on provoque un claquement sec du bambou qui effraie les oiseaux.
