Calcaire, d'âge cambrien inférieur, déformé ductilement et contenant des niveaux (ou des nodules) siliceux de couleur ocre clair. La géométrie asymétrique du nodule et sa terminaison par des "queues de cristallisation" indiquent un cisaillement ductile de la gauche vers la droite. Sur le terrain, la déformation correspond à un cisaillement vers l'est contemporain de la formation d'un dôme gneissique (zone axiale de la Montagne Noire). Montagne Noire, Olargues (Hérault), France.
