Dilution du broyage d'arabette des dames, "Arabidopsis thaliana". Cette plante est écrasée dans le but de récupérer puis quantifier le nombre de bactéries qui l'ont infectées. A cause du grand nombre de bactéries présentes dans la plante après infection, la dilution facilite la quantification et donc le dénombrement de bactéries présentes dans la plante.
