Microscope électronique en transmission datant de 1946
Un des premiers microscopes électroniques en transmission commercialisés en France et datant de 1946, à l'entrée du Centre de microcaractérisation Raimond Castaing (don de la famille Castaing). C’est avec ce microscope que Raimond Castaing a commencé ses travaux de recherche en microscopie.
