Filtration d'un lysat de bactéries

Filtration of bacteria lysate: a bacterial pellet is filtered after having been resuspended and the bacteria lysed to recover the DNA that they contain. The goal is to produce plasmids for inclusion in viruses, as part of a gene therapy process.
