Plongeur scientifique effectuant une aspiration du sédiment grâce à une suceuse pneumatique pour connaître la faune enfouie dans le sable des fonds de la Terre Adélie, au large de la base Dumont d'Urville, Antarctique. Prélèvements effectués dans le cadre du programme MACARBI (Monitoring environnemental en Antarctique basé sur l'étude des structures CARbonatées de BIvalves), qui tente de faire du pétoncle austral un témoin environnemental.
