This researcher, who works at GREMAQ laboratory, has succeeded with his team in positioning Toulouse among the two best research centres in economics in France. Based on game theories and information theory, he builds the foundations of a "new industrial economy". He actively participates in public debates by proposing economic policy guidelines.
