Molécule organique fluorescente pour OLEDs, lors de tests visant à observer comment la température influence la couleur de la lumière émise. La molécule, prise en photographie sous rayonnement ultraviolet, est capable d'absorber la lumière UV et de la transformer en lumière bleue. La recherche de molécules plus efficaces pour la production d'OLEDs et d'autres dispositifs capables de transformer l'électricité en lumière est un défi constant pour les chimistes.
