Boîtes de Pétri, avec du milieu de culture "solide" et une ou trois stries de microalgues sur ce milieu. C'est un échantillon d'une grande collection de mutants de photosynthèse de l'algue verte unicellulaire "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii", entretenue dans des conditions stériles. L'objectif est de maintenir cette collection de mutants au sein du laboratoire, pour l'étude de la photosynthèse des microalgues "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii".
