Connexion de deux fibres optiques sur un oscillateur optoélectronique
Connexion de deux fibres optiques sur un oscillateur optoélectronique générant des signaux hyperfréquences. Cet oscillateur est composé d’un laser, d’un modulateur, d’un amplificateur, d’un atténuateur et de bobines de fibres optique. Les faibles pertes d’oscillation obtenues grâce aux moyens optiques permettent de produire un très bon bruit de phase pour des applications radar (système de détection hyperfréquence). Cette photographie a été réalisée au sein de la société Thales TRT, membre du réseau d'excellence FIRST-TF porté par le CNRS.
