Montage optique pour l’homogénéisation du faisceau laser : doublets de lentilles de grand diamètre pour la correction des aberrations et adaptées aux fortes puissances (200 millijoules émis en 25 nanosecondes) ; fly-eye homogeneizer pour obtenir moins d'1% de variation d’énergie sur un spot de 2 mm x 2 mm. Cette étude est réalisée dans le cadre du dopage laser (GILD : Gaz immersion laser doping).
