Culture de cellules tumorales d’adénocarcinome rénal murin
Culture of murine renal adenocarcinoma tumour cells, observed using a bright-field microscope. These cells are then injected in vivo to study their sensitivity to immune checkpoint inhibitors, with a view to eventually developing immunotherapy treatments.
