Spinal cord observed by 3-tesla anatomical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with a T2-weighted image. The subject presented multi-stage degenerative changes, combining disc changes, endplate changes and a loss of the posterior concavity of the disc, especially at levels C4-C5.
