Bâti de dépôt de couches minces optiques
Bâti de dépôt de couches minces par évaporation assistée par faisceau d’ions (IAD). Il a été dimensionné pour traiter des substrats d’un diamètre pouvant atteindre 810 mm. Il permet de déposer des couches diélectriques mais aussi des couches métalliques. Il est utilisé pour réaliser des couches minces optiques notamment pour des projets d’astronomie.
