Capteur pour la mesure du rayonnement dans le domaine visible diffusé par l'atmosphère. Il est installé à la station météorologique du LaMP (Laboratoire de météorologie physique) dans le Puy de Dôme. L'objectif est de documenter en mesures météorologiques la base de données du LaMP.
