Partie optique d'un LIDAR (Light detection and ranging) inclinée dans la direction du Puy de Dôme, installé sur le site des Cézeaux près de Clermont Ferrand. Cet instrument permet de mesurer des profils verticaux d'aérosols, des cirrus, un type de nuage présent dans la couche supérieure de la troposphère, et de la vapeur d'eau.
