Sillage tourbillonnaire visualisé par un colorant dans une cuve tournante (échelle 40 cm). La structure colonnaire des tourbillons, induite par la force de Coriolis, est visible. L'objectif de cette expérience est pédagogique : expliquer la force de Coriolis en mécanique des fluides.
