Bâtiment de la plateforme européenne de recherche dédiée à l'étude des matériaux anciens Ipanema (Institut photonique d'analyse non-destructive européen des matériaux anciens), attenant au synchrotron SOLEIL. D'une surface de 1 800 m², il respecte les prescriptions environnementales et patrimoniales. Il offre des espaces expérimentaux dédiées à la préparation, à la caractérisation des matériaux anciens et au développement instrumental.
