Prélèvement de sols en vue de l'analyse de leur matière organique. Les sols constituent le principal stock de carbone terrestre. La matière organique des sols joue un rôle essentiel dans le cycle du carbone d'autant plus qu'elle est fortement soumise aux activités de l'homme. Il est important de caractériser cette matière organique afin de mieux comprendre son évolution.
