Cryomicroscopie électronique à transmission appliquée à l'étude des conformations de l'ADN. Ce type de microscopie permet de visualiser des objets biologiques en préservant leur conformation, leur environnement ionique et leurs interactions dans les conditions natives. L'étude porte sur la structure de l'ADN condensé in vitro (interactions ADN/polycations, ADN/proteines basiques...) et in vivo (bactériophages, chromosomes eucaryotes).
