Dissection d'un cerveau embryonnaire de souris pour obtenir des cultures organotypiques. La dissection est faite sous hotte avec une loupe pour découper le rhombencéphale, le bulbe rachidien et le cervelet. Ces cultures permettent de manipuler une voie nerveuse et ainsi de mieux comprendre le développement et la réparation des circuits neuronaux.
