Piqûres d'attaque de corrosion observées au microscope électronique à balayage sur un vitrail de la cathédrale d'Evreux, baie 102 (face interne). En 1952 a été fondé un organisme international : le "Corpus Vitrearum Medii Aevi" pour protéger le patrimoine mondial des vitraux. Des chercheurs de plusieurs laboratoires étudient depuis 1974 les mécanismes de corrosion des vitraux anciens. Grossissement : 400.
