Puce (pièce dorée) contenant un grand nombre de motifs fabriqués par lithographie optique. La puce est disposée dans un appareil permettant d'effectuer des connexions électriques entre les motifs et des plots de contact sur la puce. Le fil d'or de 50 µm qui va assurer le contact passe au travers de la buse blanche. Il est soudé sur les contacts par ultrason et chauffage.
