Arrivée d'un courant de densité "tracé" par les particules du sol qu'il soulève au fur et à mesure de sa progression, à Hombori au Mali. Ce phénomène, de nature convective, porte le nom de haboob ; son arrivée s'accompagne d'une très forte chute de visibilité et ici de quelques gouttes de pluie. Photo prise pendant la campagne AMMA (Analyses Multidisciplinaires de la Mousson Africaine).
